Job Description

We are seeking a skilled NC Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to precisely cut, shape, and form metal and plastic materials according to specifications. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of CNC technologies and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machinery to manufacture precision parts from metal and plastic.
  • Review technical documentation to identify specifications and tolerances.
  • Calibrate machinery and select tools to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ensure optimal machine performance through careful monitoring and adjustments.
  • Conduct quality checks on components and report any defects.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to refine production processes.
  • Document production data for reporting and analysis.
  • Maintain tools and equipment to ensure functional integrity.
  • Train and mentor junior operators as required.
  • Support operational goals by participating in team meetings and feedback sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical degree or certification in manufacturing or machining is a plus
Experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in CNC operations
