We are actively seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous testing and analysis. You will work closely with developers and project managers to develop and implement test plans, identify issues, and contribute to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain quality assurance documentation.
• Coordinate with developers and project managers to ensure a smooth release process.
• Assist in the implementation of automation tests for repetitive tasks.
• Use analytics to assess application performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct usability testing to ensure user satisfaction.
• Act as a quality gatekeeper for software releases.
• Collaborate with customer support to gather user feedback and resolve reported issues.
• Organize and facilitate QA meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
• Foster a positive team culture to promote collaborative problem solving.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant industry certifications are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software development or systems integration
