Gunsmith

Job Description

As a Gunsmith, you will be responsible for repairing, modifying, and designing firearms. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of firearms mechanics to ensure all products meet our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality workmanship in all firearm-related tasks.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.
• Manage customer expectations and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Participate in continuous professional development to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• Apprenticeship or on-the-job training with an experienced gunsmith

Experience

• Experience in manufacturing or engineering is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Firearm testing equipment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently
• Team collaboration

Advantageous

• Knowledge of ballistics and terminal performance: Understanding of the physics involved in projectile motion and impact.
