Job Description

As an Electrical High Tension Tester, you will be responsible for executing tests on electrical components operating at high voltages. This position demands a keen understanding of electrical systems, adherence to safety protocols, and a passion for precision in testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform high voltage tests on various electrical equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, and cables.
• Document all testing findings and prepare technical reports for review.
• Participate in safety audits and ensure all practices meet regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Train junior technicians on high voltage testing protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Certification in High Voltage Testing is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical testing and analysis, particularly with high voltage systems.
