Job Description

We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team in Lismore. This role encompasses overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a patient-centric culture. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for medication management, staff training, and optimising pharmacy services.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the overall operations of the pharmacy while ensuring compliance.
  • Enhance patient safety through medication reconciliation practices.
  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions for pharmacy processes.
  • Focus on continuous improvement initiatives in patient care.
  • Prepare and manage the pharmacy budget effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field preferred
  • Registered Pharmacist in New South Wales
Experience
  • 5+ years experience in a pharmacy management role
