Casing Worker

Job Description

As a Casing Worker at our company, you will be instrumental in installing and maintaining the integrity of casing and tubing in our oil and gas wells. This role demands a strong understanding of drilling practices and the ability to operate heavy machinery. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle installation and removal of well casing and tubing.
• Conduct pressure tests for casing and tubing.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of casing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Operate forklifts and cranes as required for lifting heavy materials.
• Submit regular reports on tasks and progress to the supervisor.
• Maintain records of equipment inspection and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with the drilling crew to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Participate in troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
• Work flexible hours and adapt to changing work environments.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Drilling Operations
• Current driver's license

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a Casing Worker or in a similar role

Languages

• English: Fluent
