Responsibilities

• Research and develop advanced aerospace technologies.
• Create and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders for project success.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Document designs and maintain comprehensive engineering records.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in the design process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in aerospace design and engineering

Technical Skills

• 3D Modelling Software
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Time Management

Certifications

• Aerospace Maintenance Engineer Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with composite materials: Experience in working with composite materials for aircraft structures.
