Job Description

As a Youth Worker, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting young people aged 12-25 with their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. You'll collaborate with professionals to develop programs that meet the diverse needs of the youth in our community.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with local services to ensure comprehensive support for youth.
  • Assist in developing resource materials for clients.
  • Conduct assessments to identify youth needs and capabilities.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
  • Support the collection and analysis of data for program improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
