Job Description

As a Shredding Specialist, you will take charge of securely shredding and disposing of confidential documents for our clients. This role requires operating shredding equipment and upholding a high standard of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all shredding operations comply with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of shredding activities.
  • Assist with loading and unloading shredding equipment from company vehicles.
  • Identify and report any equipment issues promptly.
  • Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment.
  • Assist with training new team members on shredding processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative or logistics support, preferably in document handling.
Technical Skills
  • Shredding Equipment Operation
  • Microsoft Office

  • Strong Communication Skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent
