We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Pump Technician to join our growing team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pump maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting across various industries.
Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pump systems.
Document maintenance and service reports accurately.
Assist in the implementation of new pumping systems and technologies.
Provide on-site technical support to clients.
Conduct routine safety checks and compliance assessments.
Participate in team meetings to discuss projects and improvements.
Collaborate with vendors for the supply of necessary parts.
Evaluate existing systems and suggest enhancements.
Train staff on the proper use and maintenance of pumps.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
Education
Trade qualifications or relevant certifications in pump maintenance
Any additional related qualifications are advantageous
Experience
2-4 years experience in pump systems and maintenance
