Responsibilities

  • Oversee the respiratory therapy department's day-to-day operations.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of therapy services.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff for professional development.
  • Coordinate training sessions for new and existing staff.
  • Engage in community outreach programs to promote respiratory health awareness.
  • Analyze patient data and outcomes to refine therapy practices.
  • Ensure the maintenance of high-quality standards in patient documentation.
  • Manage and procure necessary therapeutic equipment and supplies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in respiratory therapy with significant leadership experience.
