Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Sydney. This role involves planning and executing various events, ensuring every detail is managed from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management and excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop event proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses and venues.
  • Manage attendee registration and communication.
  • Prepare event materials, including signage and handouts.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for clients and speakers as needed.
  • Assist with the logistics for audiovisual and technological needs at events.
  • Monitor event progress and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and attendees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Public Relations preferred
  • Associate degree in Event Management is an asset
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in event coordination or related fields
