Job Description

As an Architectural and Civil Drafter, you'll be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and models using advanced CAD software. You will collaborate with engineers and architects to develop designs that meet client specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD software to produce and modify 2D and 3D engineering designs.
• Develop and maintain CAD standards and procedures that align with project needs.
• Participate in design reviews, providing feedback and solutions to engineering challenges.
• Coordinate with project team members to ensure designs meet all technical specifications.
• Capture design revisions and update documentation as necessary.
• Assist in preparing comprehensive technical documentation for projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural or civil drafting

Technical Skills

• SolidWorks
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Project Management

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with programming in Python or C++: Use of programming languages for automated design tasks.
