As a Hospitality Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our hospitality operations in Coffs Harbour. This includes managing staff, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth daily operations to meet the highest service standards. We're looking for a leader who can inspire our team and elevate our guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Direct hospitality operations to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Recruit and onboard new team members, training them in hospitality standards.
• Calculate and analyse performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Develop relationships with local businesses for cross-promotional opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies and services.
• Champion sustainability practices within the operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Hospitality or Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
