Job Description

We are seeking a Banquet Captain to oversee all facets of event operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership and a passion for hospitality to manage our banquet team effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage banquet events, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Train and develop banquet staff to ensure high performance.
  • Work with clients and the Event Manager to fulfil client requirements.
  • Ensure all banquet supplies are adequately stocked and ordered.
  • Deliver customer service that promotes repeat business.
  • Assist with budgeting and resource allocation for events.
  • Participate in post-event evaluations to improve future services.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
