Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Table Tender to join our front-of-house team. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth table operations, exceeding customer expectations, and maintaining a clean, organized dining area.
Responsibilities
Arrange tables as per the service plan to optimise guest flow and seating capacity.
Initiate friendly conversations with guests to enhance their experience.
Transfer orders to the kitchen in a timely manner, ensuring all preferences are noted.
Deliver food and beverages quickly and courteously.
Respond to customer feedback and improve service quality.
Keep the dining area clean and ready for service at all times.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are fulfilled as requested.
Support management with daily operations tasks and reporting.
Train new staff members under supervision.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
1-2 years of experience in restaurant service roles.
Technical Skills
Point of Sale (POS) systems
Food and Beverage Knowledge

Certifications
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
Languages
English: Fluent
