Job Description

As a Gambling Dealer, you will be responsible for managing bets and payouts while ensuring that game rules and regulations are followed. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate dice games and manage the flow of gameplay.
• Ensure accurate handling of customer transactions.
• Engage with players to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure game integrity.
• Assist in training new dealers and staff.
• Maintain a clean and orderly gaming environment.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Provide feedback to management on customer interactions.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of a vocational course in casino operations or equivalent
• Current certification as a dealer from a recognized institution preferred

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience as a dice dealer in a casino setting

Advantageous

• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
