We are seeking a passionate Civil Engineer to join our Wollongong team. You will work on diverse projects ranging from urban development to large-scale infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills and a commitment to innovative design and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the civil engineering design of urban development projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure quality control at all stages of project development.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective projects, highlighting engineering solutions and benefits.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in urban planning

Technical Skills

• Civil 3D
• Geotechnical Engineering

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Registered Professional Engineer of NSW (RPEQ)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in HEC-RAS: Knowledge of hydrologic modeling for water resources projects.
• Experience with sustainable materials: Hands-on experience with environmentally friendly construction techniques.
