Roadmaster

Job Description

As a Roadmaster, you'll manage and design transport infrastructure systems to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of goods and people. You will lead a skilled team to develop and maintain effective road networks across the Sydney region.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance plans for road and transport infrastructure systems.
• Evaluate existing infrastructure and identify areas requiring improvements.
• Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget control.
• Foster effective communication with local authorities and stakeholders.
• Implement best practices in construction and maintenance operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure operational excellence.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance across the team.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure project management.

Certifications

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working in the transport infrastructure sector: Familiarity with transport infrastructure best practices and guidelines.
