Job Description

As a Food Safety Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of our food products. Your expertise will be essential in implementing food safety systems, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough audits of food production and handling processes.
  • Design and roll out food safety training programs for staff at all levels.
  • Ensure all operations comply with statutory and internal food safety policies.
  • Identify compliance gaps and develop tailored solutions.
  • Engage with external regulatory bodies during audits.
  • Sustain comprehensive records of compliance checks and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with quality control teams to enhance safety practices.
  • Participate in food safety committees and task forces.
  • Manage food safety incident reports and investigations.
  • Compile and deliver reports on food safety performance to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related discipline
  • Relevant certifications (HACCP, ISO) are highly desirable

  • Minimum 3 years in food safety or quality control roles
