Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule.
Responsibilities
Oversee the complete lifecycle of carpentry projects from conception to completion.
Implement best practices in carpentry to improve efficiency.
Troubleshoot issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Mentor junior carpenters and apprentices on best practices.
Document project progress and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure all carpentry work aligns with project timelines and goals.
Conduct final inspections of completed projects for quality assurance.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
Requirements
Education
Certificate III in Carpentry or higher qualification
Previous project management experience is a plus
Experience
3-5 years of experience particularly in finish carpentry.
