Responsibilities

• Lead strategic visioning for the cancer center's growth and development.
• Ensure effective management of the cancer center’s financial performance.
• Supervise staff training and professional development programs.
• Enhance community engagement through targeted outreach initiatives.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with community stakeholders.
• Drive research and innovative treatment methodologies in oncology care.
• Create and monitor KPIs for staff performance and patient outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Medical degree (MD or DO) or equivalent
• Master's in Public Health is beneficial

Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in oncology or health services management
