Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face our guests see as they arrive and service them throughout their visit.
• Assist with setup and management of special events and tournaments.
• Support the Golf Operations Team in daily responsibilities.
• Maintain physical standards in the facility to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Engage with guests to create memorable experiences and address any inquiries.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer service certification is a plus

Experience

• Experience in golf course or hospitality sector preferred

Technical Skills

• Point of Sale (POS) Systems
• Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills

• Friendly Demeanor
• Adaptability

Advantageous

• Certification in hospitality or recreation management: Preferred qualification to demonstrate commitment to the field.
