Job Description
As an Artillery and Missile Crew Member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of field artillery systems. Your expertise will contribute to military operations, where precision and teamwork are paramount.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage artillery operations during military exercises.
Monitor and evaluate artillery performance to ensure mission success.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for field artillery.
Coordinate logistics for artillery equipment deployment and recovery.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of all operational activities.
Communicate effectively with team members and other units.
Support the development and execution of training programs for staff.
Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries on operations.
Manage and maintain equipment inventory and condition.
Actively engage in continuous improvement of operational methods.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Military Science or related field
Additional technical or specialized qualification preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in military operations with a focus on artillery
