Responsibilities

  • Process payment transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Keep track of customer feedback and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular checks of the storage facility to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Provide support during peak times to manage customer flow effectively.
  • Help develop marketing strategies to promote available storage units.
  • Collaborate with the rental team to ensure all operations run smoothly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitors.
  • Assist in training new counter clerks on company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role is desirable.
