Job Description

We are seeking an Air Ambulance Helicopter Pilot who will be responsible for operating helicopters for urgent medical transport. This role requires excellent flying skills, a focus on patient safety, and the ability to collaborate effectively with medical personnel for optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients swiftly to hospitals while ensuring safety.
• Engage in clear communication with medical teams on the ground and in-flight.
• Conduct regular inspections and necessary maintenance of the helicopter.
• Prepare detailed reports on all flight activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and emergency procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the medical staff to assess patient conditions during transit.
• Evaluate flight risks and make informed decisions regarding safety.
• Document any incidents or irregularities during flights.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on new procedures.
• Collaborate with other aviation staff to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Commercial Helicopter Pilot License
• Higher qualification in Aviation is preferred

Experience

• 3 years of experience in emergency medical transport is advantageous.
