Job Description

As the Quality Assurance Director, you'll lead a talented team of QA professionals to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will develop and implement quality assurance strategies to enhance compliance and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance frameworks.
• Manage the QA team while ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Perform regular audits to highlight gaps and propose corrective actions.
• Evaluate and analyze quality processes, creating reports for executive leadership.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality considerations are integrated early in projects.
• Mentor team members and share insights on best practices in quality management.
• Maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and improvements.
• Foster a culture of quality and accountability within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or Business
• Professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) are preferable.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
