As an Admittance Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they feel welcome while maintaining a secure environment. Your role includes monitoring entry points, verifying identities, and providing top-notch customer service to enhance the visitor experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Assist in developing and improving security procedures.
• Provide feedback on security operations to management.
• Customize visitor experiences based on specific requirements.
• Assist in the training of new staff members.

Requirements

Education

• Tertiary qualification in Security or Hospitality Management is preferred

Experience

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Basic computer skills

Soft Skills

• Physical fitness

Certifications

• Additional first aid training is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
