Job Description

We are seeking skilled Assemblers and Fabricators to join our Melbourne-based team. As an integral part of our production process, you will assemble scroll compressors according to specific engineering drawings and standards. We're looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality work.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings to assemble scroll compressors.
• Ensure all products pass quality checks before leaving the production line.
• Assist in training new assemblers on best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing team.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Trade Certificate in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly environments

Advantageous

• Experience with ISO standards and quality management systems: Knowledgeable in ISO standards for manufacturing quality.
