• Guide project managers in resource-related decision-making processes.
• Research and identify new suppliers and alternative resources.
• Oversee training sessions to boost project team resource management capabilities.
• Mentor junior staff in effective resource utilization practices.

Requirements

Education

• Postgraduate qualifications in Resource Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineering industries

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management
• ERP Systems Familiarity

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
