Responsibilities

• Assess client situations and coordinate necessary services.
• Implement and evaluate case management strategies.
• Provide individual and group counseling as needed.
• Advocate for vulnerable populations in community forums.
• Create and maintain effective relationships with clients and their families.
• Hold regular meetings with team members to discuss client progress.
• Document interactions and interventions in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in training and professional development activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Master's degree in Social Work preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in social work or related area

• Crisis Intervention

Certifications

• Registered Social Worker
• Mental Health First Aid Certified

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in child protection services: Knowledge of the child protection system and applicable laws.
