Job Description

Looking for a seasoned Sulfuric Acid Plant Supervisor to take charge of production and quality assurance at our plant. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, monitoring processes, and ensuring safety compliance while enhancing productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Supervise plant staff and manage work schedules.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits regularly.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions.
• Liaise with other departments to optimize overall performance.
• Monitor equipment performance and facilitate maintenance.
• Ensure documentation compliance with environmental regulations.
• Lead safety training and promote a culture of safety.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in sulfuric acid plant operations or similar chemical production environment
