Responsibilities

• Supervise all hotel departments to ensure excellent service.
• Develop strategies to optimize hotel revenue.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional strategies.
• Review guest feedback to improve experiences continually.
• Ensure hotel compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Cultivate strong relationships with guests to enhance loyalty.
• Drive initiatives for sustainability and community engagement.
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Hospitality or Business is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a hospitality management role
