Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team in Mount Gambier. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, including the logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination to ensure successful execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have a passion for creating memorable events.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of corporate and social events.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors for services.
  • Create and manage event budgets and timelines.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve future events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for event support and resources.
  • Prepare event reports and analyses for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
