As a Veterinarian in our Bendigo clinic, you will play an essential role in the lives of animals and their owners. You will provide high-quality medical and surgical treatment, perform diagnostic tests, and collaborate with a team of veterinary professionals. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, and has a strong commitment to animal health.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and treatment to all animal patients.
• Manage medical cases and develop treatment plans.
• Perform diagnostics, including lab tests and imaging.
• Oversee the health of animals in the clinic and hospital.
• Engage with the owner community for health education.
• Support animal welfare initiatives in the community.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine
• Postgraduate studies in veterinary technology is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of veterinary experience, including emergency care

Technical Skills

• Diagnostic Imaging
• Pharmacology

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with holistic approaches: Experience with integrating holistic treatments alongside conventional veterinary medicine.
• Certification in animal behavior: Knowledge in animal behavior to assist pet owners.
