Responsibilities

• Padding various materials into high-quality furnishing products.
• Keeping the production area clean and organized at all times.
• Following all health and safety protocols during the padding process.
• Reporting any discrepancies in materials to supervisors.
• Ensuring all finished products meet quality standards before dispatch.
• Engaging in regular team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Hand-eye coordination
• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in furniture production: Prior experience working in a production environment, particularly in the furnishings sector.
