Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Director to lead the Media department within our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of all media strategies, as well as analyzing and reporting on media performance to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the execution of comprehensive media strategies.
• Manage client relationships, offering strategic advice to enhance media effectiveness.
• Evaluate media performance metrics and iteratively improve strategies.
• Conduct training sessions to upskill the media team.
• Ensure all media campaigns align with brand guidelines and client goals.
• Drive innovation in media strategies through research and data analytics.
• Collaborate closely with creative teams to align messaging across media.
• Assist in the budget management for media campaigns.
• Prepare and present strategic media proposals to potential clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
• Postgraduate degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in media direction
