As a Certified Dialysis Technician, you will play a key role in our healthcare team by administering dialysis treatments, supporting patient care activities, and ensuring equipment effectiveness. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dialysis machines, ensuring equipment is prepared and functioning.
• Provide support to patients throughout the dialysis process, addressing their needs.
• Conduct patient assessments before and after dialysis treatments.
• Educate patients about their treatments and related self-care practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Follow established protocols for infection control and patient safety.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the clinical team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Dialysis Technician (CDT) certification required

Experience

• Minimum one year of experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in EMR software
• Understanding of patient care protocols

Soft Skills

Certifications

• BLS certification
• Relevant health screenings as per regulations

Languages
