Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Wood Grinder to operate and maintain wood grinding machinery in order to produce high-quality wood products. This role involves working in the timber industry and requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of wood processing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery for production runs.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain consistent quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues as they arise.
• Assist in training new operators on machine functions and safety.
• Document maintenance work and production data accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area to ensure safety.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Requirements

Education

• No formal educational qualifications required

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in wood grinding or similar role

Technical Skills

• Wood Grinding Techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certifications in Wood Processing: Additional certifications in machinery operation and wood processing are preferred.
