We are looking for an experienced Abrasive Mixer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will mix and blend abrasive materials according to specific manufacturing requirements while ensuring quality and compliance. Responsibilities

• Operate mixing and blending machines while adhering to instructions.
• Weigh raw materials precisely for accurate mixing.
• Conduct quality assurance tests on blended materials.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment.
• Document production activities and resolve any discrepancies.
• Work alongside the quality control team to improve product consistency.
• Participate in training sessions for skill enhancement.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational or technical training in manufacturing or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with quality assurance testing: Hands-on experience in conducting quality tests on products.
• Experience in a leadership role: Previous experience supervising or training team members is a plus.
