Job Description

We are seeking compassionate Community and Social Service Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and resources to individuals and families, ensuring their access to vital services and programs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and support clients in accessing necessary resources.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies to raise awareness of available services.
• Assist in crisis intervention and provide necessary referrals.
• Educate clients about social services and community programs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.
• Participate in community events to promote services and outreach.
• Work closely with case managers to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in social services or community outreach
