Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Passenger Attendants to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our bathhouse facilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring every guest has an inviting and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cleanliness and organization of guest facilities.
• Regularly inspect bathrooms and report condition to management.
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience and receive feedback.
• Provide support to the housekeeping team as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.
• Educate guests on facility usage and safety procedures.
• Participate in training sessions to improve service delivery.
• Assist with special events and guest services when required.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Hospitality (preferred)
• First Aid/CPR Certification (mandatory)

Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in a hospitality role.
