Job Description

As a Gas Pumping Station Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations at one of our gas pumping stations. You will ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards while simultaneously managing a team of attendants and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of attendants ensuring efficient station operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance efforts for all equipment.
• Oversee fuel inventory and order supplies as necessary.
• Address customer complaints and provide high-quality service.
• Report operational performance metrics to management.
• Drive improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
• Engage in professional development and training programs.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the oil and gas industry.
