Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Perth office. In this role, you will analyse complex data sets to drive informed business decisions, working closely with various departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and be skilled in data visualisation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct statistical analysis to derive actionable insights from data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support their data needs.
• Assist in developing data strategies to improve performance.
• Provide training to teams on data analysis tools and processes.
• Develop and implement data quality measures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a data analyst role or similar

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of CRM systems: Experience with CRM tools for managing customer data and analytics.
