Job Description

As a Training and Development Specialist, you will create and deliver dynamic training programs aimed at enhancing employee performance and development. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous learning, supporting staff in reaching their full potential while aligning training initiatives with organisational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify ongoing training needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate training outcomes for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with employees to promote a culture of learning.
  • Collaborate with external training vendors and specialists.
  • Create a feedback loop to improve the training experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • Master's degree in Organizational Psychology is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years experience in designing and delivering training programs
