As a Plant Guard, you will be integral to our team, responsible for monitoring and safeguarding plant life in designated areas. This role involves ensuring that plants are well-maintained, watered, and protected from external threats such as pests and diseases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of seasonal planting strategies.
• Conduct educational tours and talks about plant care.
• Utilize plant care software to track growth and treatments.
• Monitor environmental conditions impacting plant health.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Diploma in Horticulture or related field is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in horticultural services

Technical Skills

• Plant care software knowledge
• Experience with irrigation systems

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Teamwork

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with landscape design: Skills in planning and executing landscape layouts.
