Civil Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our Newcastle-based team. In this role, you will contribute to significant infrastructure projects, from planning and design through to execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles and relevant software, along with excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial concept through to completion.
• Evaluate design alternatives to optimize project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare and present technical data to clients and team members.
• Coordinate with various engineering disciplines to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering projects

• AutoCAD
