Job Description

We are seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our Cairns team. In this role, you will lead product marketing initiatives, develop strategic marketing plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring our innovative products to market. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving product success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead market analysis efforts to define target customer segments and personas.
  • Develop strong marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns across various channels including social media and email marketing.
  • Establish KPIs for marketing initiatives and monitor progress to achieve targets.
  • Work closely with external agencies to execute advertising and public relations strategies.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the marketing team.
  • Implement and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems for tracking interactions.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and strategy.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in a related field is an advantage
