Job Description

As a Product Support Engineer, you will be crucial in providing technical assistance for our products. Your role involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
  • Work with the technical team to ensure quick resolution of issues.
  • Monitor and manage customer support tickets.
  • Test products and provide feedback on functionality.
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training.
  • Document technical issues and their solutions.
  • Update internal tracking systems for support requests.
  • Engage with users to gather feedback and improve products.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the development team with testing new features.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing support role is preferred
