Job Description
As a Product Support Engineer, you will be crucial in providing technical assistance for our products. Your role involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring product quality.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with product-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
Work with the technical team to ensure quick resolution of issues.
Monitor and manage customer support tickets.
Test products and provide feedback on functionality.
Develop training materials and conduct user training.
Document technical issues and their solutions.
Update internal tracking systems for support requests.
Engage with users to gather feedback and improve products.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the development team with testing new features.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience
Previous experience in a customer-facing support role is preferred
