Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Writer to join our team and craft exceptional technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of engineering and software development processes to transform complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.

Responsibilities

• Draft and refine user guides for software applications alongside cloud services.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate and user-friendly documentation.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to improve existing documentation.
• Design themed and visually engaging layouts for technical documents.
• Collaborate with QA teams to create troubleshooting guides and product release notes.
• Mentor junior writers and provide feedback to improve their technical writing skills.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards in technical writing and documentation processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related area; Master’s preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of technical writing experience in the tech industry
